When they first started dating he was only 19 years old. Now, Charlie, 21, and Linda, 50, are ready to grow old together. Well, Charlie is prepared for Linda to grow old.

Brooke told E! Satellite Radio in 2008, “I personally don’t like it at all or condone it, but she’s my mom, so I have to show her support. I went to school with him. He was a grade under me. Me and Nick know him well.”

Yesterday, singer Mark McGrath and his fiancée, Carin Kingsland, welcomed the arrival of their new twins.

The couple has dated on and off for the last 16 years, but finally decided to settle down and get engaged last New Year’s Eve.

McGrath tells PEOPLE, “We are so lucky. I don’t think you can prepare for the love we are feeling.”

McGrath, who sings with the band Sugar Ray, will host Fox’s Don’t Forget the Lyrics! this fall. He says, “These two kids will be the luckiest kids in the world in terms of their mom, that’s for sure, they’ll get a lot of love.” (continue reading…)

Simon Cowell is trying to slim down so he won’t be so pudgy in his wedding photos. He and fiancée Mezhgan Hussainy were spotted dining in West Hollywood earlier this month, where they both had salads and split a fish entrée.

In Touch reports that a friend of theirs claimed: “They’re getting married this summer, and Simon wants to look his best,” his friend explains. “He’s losing weight, and Mezhgan is showing him how to do it.” (continue reading…)

They’re still keeping it a “secret” though. She’s been wearing it on the wrong hand.

A source tells U.K.’s Daily Mail:

‘They do not want to make the engagement official which is why Sienna is wearing the ring on the wrong hand.

They will probably make an announcement this summer – they just want to make sure everything is perfect this time.

‘They are keeping it secret, but are very happy and really hope it’s going to work out.’
